Short version: we ask for the least we can, we use it to give you a massage, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you book through the chat assistant on this site, we keep your first name, your phone number, the service you chose, the date, time and length of your appointment, and anything you tell the assistant you'd like the therapist to know.
Why we collect it
- To hold your appointment and have the right therapist ready.
- To text you a confirmation. That is the only reason we ask for your number.
- To let the studio know a booking has come in.
Texts
Booking sends one confirmation text to you and one to the studio. We do not send marketing texts and we do not add you to any list.
Who else sees it
A small number of trusted service providers help us run the website, the chat assistant and the text messages. They only handle what is needed to do that job. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking records are deleted automatically 120 days after they are made. You don't have to ask.
The chat assistant
The assistant on this site is automated software, not a person. It can check times and make a booking. It cannot cancel or move one — call us for that. Please don't type anything into it you wouldn't want written on an appointment card, and don't use it for medical questions; your therapist will go through those at check-in.
